Responsibilities

Improve and maintain advanced and complex Excel financial actual, forecast and budget model
Support CFO, VP of Finance and Controller through 2026 budget planning crunch through end of Jan 2026 final budget presentation to Board
Update model monthly with actuals, budgets, headcount, expense and ARR data flowing through 3 statements (P&L, BS and CF)
Automate manual processes using Excel (Power Query, data connections, etc.)
Maintain and enhance ARR/customer subscription database
Reconcile and align data across Salesforce, Sage Intacct, and Maxio (project)

Required

5-8+ years of FP&A and financial modeling experience within a SaaS organization is required
BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
SaaS experience is required, including hands-on exposure to subscription/ARR modeling, SaaS KPIs, and revenue mechanics
Strong understanding of SaaS ARR mechanics and SaaS KPI frameworks (retention, expansion, cohort analysis, CAC payback, LTV, etc.)
Expert-level Excel power/user modeling skills
Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and independent work style

Preferred

MBA or CFA is a plus
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Sage Intacct, and Maxio is preferred
