Sr. Enterprise Sales Operations/Inside Sales Support Specialist (remote)

The Sr. Enterprise Sales Operations & Inside Sales Support Specialist will support enterprise sales execution by managing quotes, deal registrations, proposals, and reporting, ensuring a smooth process from opportunity to close.

Responsibilities

Create and manage vendor and internal quotes (firewalls, switches, licensing, hardware, and software)
Register and track deals with vendors and distributors
Build and maintain proposals, statements of work, and pricing summaries
Coordinate approvals, pricing exceptions, and vendor programs
Join and host internal and external meetings as needed
Conduct outbound follow-ups and check-ins to move deals forward
Track action items and ensure next steps are completed
Maintain CRM accuracy (pipeline stages, deal data, notes)
Generate sales reports, forecasts, and activity summaries
Track renewals, SKUs, and product lifecycles
Ensure documentation and records are complete and audit-ready
Work closely with enterprise sales leaders, sales operations, engineering/pre-sales, vendors and distributors
Act as the central point of coordination for enterprise sales activity

Required

5+ years in sales operations, inside sales support, or sales coordination
Experience in an MSP, VAR, or technology reseller environment
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Excellence in verbal and written communication skills
Record of accuracy and excellence in following systems and processes
Detail-focused auditing experience
Comfortable with high-touch clients and sales teams
Experience in same/similar role in a Hardware or Software resale environment
Proven vendor quoting and deal registration experience
Familiarity and experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)

Preferred

Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market accounts
Exposure to network and security products (firewalls, switches, licensing)
Familiarity with vendor portals and distributor workflows
Experience handling high-volume, high-complexity deal flow
