As a Software Development Lead, candidate is expected to be a subject matter expert and will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle
Candidate will be responsible for team decisions, managing stakeholders and contributing to key decisions
Lead the design and implementation of innovative software solutions that meet client needs
Facilitate team meetings to encourage collaboration and ensure alignment on project goals
Mentor team members to enhance their skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the development team
Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve system performance and user experience
