Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using modern front-end frameworks
Collaborate with UX/UI developers and back-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences
Translate design mockups and wireframes into clean, efficient code
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility
Implement responsive designs that work across various devices and screen sizes
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and maintain code quality through testing and reviews
Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Experience with modern frameworks/libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git)
Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, maintainable code
Exposure to Agile development environments
TS/SCI with Poly clearance required
Associate's degree in computer science, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree and 3 years with Masters
Preferred
Experience with design systems and component libraries
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices
Experience with performance optimization and analytics tools
