Responsibilities
Monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple brands and locations
Accurate P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flow reporting
Labor, COGS, inventory, waste, and margin analysis
KPI tracking (sales by daypart, labor %, food cost %, profitability)
POS data integrity and financial system scalability
Budgeting, forecasting, and new store financial setup
Qualification
Required
Restaurant experience is required
7+ years of restaurant or multi-unit hospitality accounting experience
Proven ownership of the full close process
Strong command of restaurant economics and POS data
Experience supporting growth and scale
Preferred
Restaurant365 experience is a major plus
