Responsibilities
Leading end-to-end delivery of multiple technical projects simultaneously
Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
Communicating project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders at all levels
Preparing and presenting project reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates
Managing and engaging internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
Identifying project risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies
Coordinating cross-functional teams including technology, business, and operations
Tracking project performance using standard project management tools and metrics
Driving continuous improvement in project management processes and delivery practices
Qualification
Required

PMP Certification – Mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting abilities
Experience managing diverse technical projects in a structured environment
Preferred
Prior experience in Healthcare or regulated industries is a plus
