Responsibilities
Collects, organizes, and analyzes healthcare data from various sources such as revenue and claims data
Assists with the upkeep and general maintenance of databases
Translates complex data into information and assists users in its interpretation to support decision making
Provides assistance in assessing, planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating systems, processes, and applications to facilitate the efficient production of financial reports
Generates reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track, monitor, and evaluate financial results and operational efficiencies
Identifies opportunities for process improvement by leveraging data analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation
Qualification
Required
1+ years of professional experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Excel
High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred
Experience with Tableau preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
