Bayforce is seeking an experienced Applications Project Manager to partner with Service Delivery Leaders and Tower Leads to drive application initiatives. The role requires strong project management skills across ERP and integrated application environments, managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Manage remediation of legal entity rationalization impacts across ERP systems (BaaN, Oracle, JDE, etc.)
Collaborate with application teams to separate or redirect integrated/edge applications to ERP platforms
Support implementation of new applications using various approaches (cloning, new instance configuration, etc.)
Drive application access reviews based on Census reports
Support OTC FaaS resource re-badging and logical application separation as needed
Coordinate with NewCo to review TSA exit plans, organize review sessions, draft quotes, and obtain approvals
Contribute to Day 1 readiness checklists, develop project plans, and track completion of tasks
Prepare weekly status reports and maintain project plans, ensuring deliverables align with EPMO methodology

Required

8+ years of project management experience with ERP platforms
Strong understanding of integrated systems and ability to develop project plans with cross-functional dependencies
Capable of managing multiple complex, disparate system projects simultaneously
Self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments and navigates ambiguity effectively
Ability to work across a large matrix organization to identify key stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation

Preferred

Experience managing ERP implementations, upgrades, or related projects preferred
Exposure to projects with infrastructure or hosting components is a plus
