Responsibilities

Managing technical personnel in the department with approximately 15 team members

Ensuring qualified and experienced personnel are assigned to meet the staffing needs of programs

Tracking and executing peer reviews for major program events

All aspects of staff management, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, coaching/mentoring, career development, performance management, compensation management, and separation of assigned employees

Providing cross program collaboration to give Operating Units opportunities to leverage technologies or designs that may not have been previously considered

Required

Requires an active U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/access
