Responsibilities

Performs full cycle recruiting and strategic sourcing to develop a well-qualified talent pipeline and diverse slate of candidates for all roles

Partners with stakeholders to anticipate and meet the needs of the organization in regard to identifying and securing top talent

Oversees projects to continuously improve the recruitment process for hiring managers and candidates

Required

Demonstrated sourcing and networking skills, along with a depth and breadth of diversity recruiting experience

A passion for superior candidate experience and diversity hiring

Ability to deliver customer-focused recruitment solutions

Ability to build relationships and work across functions and various levels of the organization

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

5-7 years of retail, corporate, social services/nonprofit, and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full cycle recruiting

Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and partner relationships

High school diploma or equivalent required
