Mail Support Document Processor

They are seeking a Mail Support Document Processor whose main responsibility will be to process incoming and outgoing mail for the consumer loan servicing area, ensuring strict adherence to production metrics and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Helping process incoming and outgoing mail for the entire consumer loan servicing area
Opening, sorting, printing, folding, and stuffing envelopes
Researching paid off loans and notating
Researching loan/account numbers based on file numbers and dates
Look up full account numbers and write them on these documents and file them appropriately
Key in paid off dates as recorded by the county recorder in the system
Navigate a very basic Excel file and be able to accurately input data
Help out with 'returned mail' or other department functions
Look up to see if there is a new address for the customer and if not file appropriately for processing
Help with folding and sending out of mail if needed
Maintaining production standards
Qualification
Required
Banking or administrative experience
Organizational Skills
Comfortable operating Microsoft Office
Reliable and great attendance
Proficient in keying in numbers and dates
Preferred
Experience in a large corporation
