Responsibilities
Drive customer success by positioning Cisco Premium Services and designing tailored software consumption strategies
Guide customers through the full lifecycle—from onboarding to value realization and renewal—leveraging Cisco’s LAER (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew) methodology
Shape key enterprise agreements, accelerate adoption, and maximize recurring revenue, ensuring both customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in sales
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Proven track record in services and/or software sales, with demonstrated success in exceeding quotas
Proficiency in managing complex sales cycles and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Deep understanding of Cisco's Premium Services, software consumption models, and experience leading multi-architecture enterprise agreements
Ability to develop trusted advisor relationships by aligning solutions to customer business outcomes, KPIs, and financial objectives
Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling and providing tailored financial solutions for enterprise clients
Experience using CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and leveraging AI tools to enhance sales processes and customer engagement
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence across executive and cross-functional teams
