Responsibilities

Review and process administrative paperwork submitted by GTM and customer teams

Order tracking from submission through fulfillment

Own vendor deal registration cycles

Maintain data accuracy in Salesforce and related systems

Monitor workflow queues and prioritize items based on urgency and deadlines

Identify missing information and coordinate internally to resolve gaps quickly

Support the Sales Operations team with reporting, documentation, and process improvements

Ensure compliance with internal policies, vendor requirements, and related guidelines
