Responsibilities

Support Scientists and Operators with day-to-day laboratory activities
Perform routine laboratory tasks in accordance with established protocols
Accurately use pipettes for sample preparation and testing
Conduct routine sampling and enter experimental data as required
Maintain clean, organized, and compliant lab workspaces
Assist with basic troubleshooting of laboratory equipment
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to lab procedures

Required

Motivated, self-starter with strong attention to detail
Hands-on experience using pipettes
Previous laboratory experience (industry flexible)
Associate's degree (AA): 2+ years of lab experience in a similar role
Bachelor's degree (BS): 1+ year of lab experience in a similar role
Master's or PhD: Considered overqualified

Preferred

Experience with sterile technique
Cell culture sampling and data entry experience
Ability to troubleshoot lab equipment (BGA, OSMO, CEDEX, FLEX2, Vicell)
