Responsibilities
Work with the Escrow Operations Manager and Escrow department team members to ensure compliance with the procedures to maintain best-in-industry customer service
Serve as a lead trainer for the escrow department for all positions such as Escrow Assistant, Escrow Processor, and Escrow Closing Officer
Continually monitor the escrow operational procedures to identify new and improved methods to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve employee experience
Work with Escrow Operations Manager to establish standardized training methods for Escrow staff and coordinate with division supervisors on the actual training
Work with the Escrow Operations Manager and Division Managers on annual training “summits”, providing recurring training on all escrow procedures
Ensure compliance with regulatory and underwriting procedures
Work with Escrow Operations Manager to create and present continuing education courses to company personnel
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3+ years of residential closing and processing experience in the state of Missouri and/or Illinois
3+ years of experience in the title industry
Strong knowledge of operational / process development
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) title insurance software and/or mortgage loan closing software
Missouri title agent license (if not currently licensed, must obtain promptly upon hiring)
High school diploma or GED required
Preferred
bachelor's degree or paralegal certified
