Responsibilities
Lead financial reporting processes, including consolidation and external reporting
Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and internal controls
Partner with Finance, Audit, and Operations teams to support business strategy
Monitor reporting timelines, accuracy, and regulatory requirements
Provide insights from financial reports to inform management decisions
Build and mentor high-performing reporting and accounting teams
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in financial reporting, accounting leadership, or corporate finance
Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and multi-entity reporting
Proven ability to lead cross-functional finance initiatives
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Preferred
Experience in consumer goods, luxury, or multi-regional companies is a plus
