Responsibilities
Support the Portfolio Manager in all areas to provide exceptional service to clients and counterparties
Prepare investment plans with PM guidance for individual client portfolios
Work with the PM, Operations team and external counterparties to develop and monitor execution of trades
Support PM’s client and counterparty communication
Coordinate internal resources including Client Services, Research and Operations to provide maximum leverage to PM’s time and to make certain that client needs are met
Qualification
Required
5+ years work experience in financial services required (private banking, buy-side analyst, client services, investment adviser or related role)
An undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting or related degree required
Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Superb organizational, project management and interpersonal skills
Extreme attention to detail
Preferred
Preferred languages – Spanish and English
