Responsibilities

Assist the Site Manager in coordinating construction activities, site facilities, and safety requirements in compliance with U.S. regulations and client standards
Monitor construction progress against drawings, P&IDs, piping layouts, and schedules; identify and report discrepancies
Coordinate delivery and installation of SKID units and equipment, ensuring quality requirements are met
Prepare for and support third-party inspections, including documentation preparation and on-site coordination
Work with subcontractors to ensure inspection readiness and resolve quality-related issues
Identify non-conformances, support corrective actions, and ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping
Attend meetings with clients and contractors to communicate quality requirements and project expectations
Prepare and submit weekly progress and issue reports to the Site Manager
Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned
Maintain clear communication with site personnel, office staff, and external partners
Ensure work areas meet safety and housekeeping standards
Promptly escalate issues impacting quality, safety, cost, or schedule

Qualification

Required

Minimum 3 years of experience in construction quality control or inspection
Valid U.S. work authorization required
Valid Driver's License required
OSHA 30-Hour (Construction) and OSHA 510 required or willingness to obtain after hire
Strong understanding of construction quality control and inspection practices
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Experience managing inspections, testing, and non-conformance reports
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred

Experience in water treatment, industrial facilities, or large-scale piping projects
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and construction quality documentation
Experience with quality control software or digital inspection tools
Familiarity with field reporting or mobile site applications
Quality or inspection certifications (CQE, ISO 9001 Internal Auditor)
Specialized safety training (HAZWOPER, NFPA 70E)
Arizona aerial lift certification or willingness to obtain
