D365 CE Tech Lead
Wise Skulls is seeking a highly skilled D365 CE Tech Lead to drive design and implementation of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. This role involves architecting, building, and leading complex solutions while collaborating with architects and business stakeholders to ensure scalability and performance.
Responsibilities
Architect, build, and lead complex Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions
Focus on Customer Insights Journeys, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure-based integrations
Work closely with architects and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions
Qualification
Required
8+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) apps
Strong expertise in Dataverse, Customer Insights Journeys, Power Platform, and Azure Services
Deep understanding of Customer Insights Journeys, including: Customer journey orchestration, Real-time triggers, segmentation, templates, content blocks & personalization, Custom channel extensions & API development, Consent management & compliance regulations, Fair view policy and platform limitations
Strong experience with Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI
Advanced development skills in: C# .NET Core, Dynamics 365 Web API / REST
Proven experience designing event-driven & message-based integrations
Hands-on implementation of real-time / near-real-time integrations using: Dynamics 365 Web API, Azure API Management, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Event Grid
Expertise in authentication & authorization (OAuth 2.0, Azure AD, Managed Identities)
Strong focus on API reliability: logging, monitoring, throttling, retry policies
Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and ALM using Azure DevOps
Excellent collaboration skills with architects, consultants, and business stakeholders
Work Authorization: USC & GC ONLY (Strict Requirement)
