Analyst - Program and Data Monitoring

Responsibilities

Support the work of the Rural Health Transformation Program
Manage the daily operations of the Rural Health Transformation Program
Track and report data across approximately 24 programs/sub-initiatives
Develop and maintain systems for tracking program activities, milestones and performance measures
Collect, validate and analyze program data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Work with internal and external partners to resolve implementation challenges and support progress towards goals
Develop and recommend alternative strategies to address and resolve a variety of programmatic issues
Coordinate with partners to support data tracking and compliance
Draft correspondence and develop presentations
Prepare various formal reports and/or briefings
Present information to internal and external groups
Always represent the best interests of MDHHS and MPHI
Other duties as assigned

Required

Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
At least 2-3 years of project management experience
Ability to analyze, synthesize and evaluate a variety of data for use in program development and analysis
Ability to organize, evaluate and present information effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to learn and utilize computer processes
Ability to work well with others on a team, work independently, and multi-task within tight deadlines
Knowledge of computer applications: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint; Adobe Acrobat
