Qualification
Required
Strong Sales, Negotiation, and Networking skills
Knowledge of Real Estate Trends, Local Market Conditions, and Property Valuation
Client Relationship Management and Excellent Communication skills
Proficiency in Real Estate Software, CRM tools, and Basic Computer Skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Valid real estate license and driver's license
High School Diploma required
Preferred
Prior experience in real estate, property management, or a related field is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
