Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and assess qualified leads, develop new outreach strategies, and maintain a well-organized pipeline
Cold Outreach: Conduct cold calls and email outreach to prospects, arranging qualified meetings for the Sales Lead to close
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth client onboarding and account management
Business Development: Identify opportunities for renewals, upsells, and new business with existing clients
Sales Strategy: Contribute to the development of sales tactics and participate in cross-functional initiatives to drive growth

Qualification

Required

2+ years in sales, business development or a customer-facing role. (B2B SaaS or eClinical industry experience a plus)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Passion for sales and eagerness to learn the sales process, products, and industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack)
Adaptability to client needs and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
Proactive and accountable, capable of working independently and collaboratively

Preferred

Familiarity with healthcare sales and industry trends
Experience with both inbound and outbound sales strategies
Formal sales training or certification
