Responsibilities

Proactively identify and pursue growth, renewal, and referral opportunities

Meeting with clients to get to know their business goals, understand their expansion or leasing needs and identify the perfect commercial real estate space

Drive collaboration among internal departments providing maintenance, design, construction, legal, and other services to optimize clients’ experience

Use expert knowledge of the Company’s real estate offerings, policies, and procedures to solve problems and build credibility

Addressing facility issues, managing maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations

Review lease history; draft and negotiate leases; deliver top-notch service; facilitate tenant improvements; provide quality control for maintenance issues

Required

At least five years of success in a sales/account management role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Negotiation experience in any industry

A problem-solving mindset, especially for facility maintenance and ensuring tenant satisfaction

Drive, emotional intelligence, and persistence—along with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for client success
