Academy Bank is seeking a Consumer Loan Accounting Rep to support loan operations by booking loans, processing transactions, and providing client service. The role involves processing loan payments, preparing payoff quotes, and handling inquiries while ensuring confidentiality of client information.

Responsibilities

Process consumer and mortgage loan payments and payoffs

Book new 1-4 family mortgage loans and review bookings completed by others

Prepare payoff quotes, loan verifications, and handle ACH payment requests

Assist with preparing cashier’s checks and mortgage closings by releasing outgoing wires

Review HELOC advances and post payoffs for loans sold on the secondary market

Monitor and respond to tasks and inquiries received by mail, email, phone, and internal workflow systems

Protect all client and bank information confidentially and follow all company policies

Other specified duties as assigned
