Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, machine operations, packing, and shipping
Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and distribution
Implement and enforce warehouse policies, procedures, and operational standards
Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Oversee health, safety, security, and insurance-related matters
Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to support overall business operations
Prepare and review operational and inventory reports
Handle damaged or obsolete inventory according to company guidelines
Qualification
Required
5+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
Experience with inventory management and warehouse systems
Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
Knowledge of safety regulations, workers' compensation, and warehouse compliance
