The National Park Service is seeking dedicated volunteers for Interpretation and Visitor Services at Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument. Volunteers will welcome visitors, provide orientation and customer service, and help foster engagement through various programs and activities.

Responsibilities
Welcoming visitors and providing orientation and customer service
Connecting people to the stories of the Battle of the Little Bighorn and Custer National Cemetery
Conducting front desk operations and roving interpretation
Facilitating pop-up programs to encourage learning and thoughtful dialogue
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 or older to apply
Enjoy public engagement
Value inclusive storytelling
Comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment
Ability to interact with hundreds of visitors during the busy summer season
Willingness to engage with complex history and multiple perspectives
Commit to a five-month season: May to the end of September
Available to work weekends and holidays
