Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation, formulation, and testing of prototypes
Conduct stability, stress, and compatibility studies to support product development
Maintain lab cleanliness, equipment calibration, and inventory organization to ensure efficient operations
Follow safety procedures and quality regulations (e.g., GMP, FDA, ISO)
Support troubleshooting formulation challenges by contributing observations and data from lab tests
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support investigations and continuous improvement initiatives

Required

Experience in lab setting
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
Understanding of basic lab techniques, measuring equipment, and safety protocols
Enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's Degree Program, in good standing with an accredited educational institution
Rising Junior or Senior
3.0 GPA or higher with no academic or correction action on record
Required to pass drug screen and background check upon offer

Preferred

Degree Programs (including but not limited to): Chemistry, Biology
