Sales & Recruitment Manager
InVision Staffing Solutions Inc. is a Professional Recruitment Firm specializing in Engineering, Industrial/Skilled Trades, Information Technology, and Professional Services. They are seeking a Sales & Recruitment Manager responsible for driving new business growth while overseeing recruitment delivery and managing team performance.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify, target, and win new client opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to placement
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
Upsell and cross-sell recruitment solutions to existing clients
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes when required (360 capacity)
Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
Maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned to client needs
Support consultants with complex or senior-level roles
Lead, coach, and motivate recruitment and/or sales consultants
Set individual and team KPIs aligned with business objectives
Monitor performance and provide ongoing feedback and training
Support onboarding and development of new team members
Foster a high-performance, sales-driven culture
Act as a key point of contact for strategic clients
Ensure service excellence and long-term client retention
Conduct client meetings, reviews, and workforce planning discussions
Handle escalations and ensure issues are resolved efficiently
Contribute to business planning, forecasting, and growth initiatives
Maintain CRM accuracy and reporting
Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations and internal processes
Provide market insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in agency recruitment
Demonstrated success in business development and sales
Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle (360 recruitment)
Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and placement targets
Experience managing and growing client accounts
Exposure to mentoring or supervising consultants (formal or informal)
Experience across permanent and/or contract recruitment
Strong new business development and lead generation skills
Excellent negotiation and closing ability
Commercial awareness and market insight
Ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities
Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills
Expert knowledge of recruitment processes and best practice
Advanced candidate sourcing and assessment techniques
Ability to manage complex or senior-level vacancies
Strong understanding of compliance and employment legislation
Ability to balance speed, quality, and client expectations
