Responsibilities

Develop initiative-related communications, including messaging, presentations, internal updates and project documentation
Translate goals, progress updates and implications into clear, concise content for employees and stakeholders
Support the development of messaging frameworks and communication deliverables that reinforce initiative and transformation clarity and alignment
Work closely with PMO teams, business leads, HR, Corporate Affairs and other enterprise partners to support coordinated rollout of communication activities
Track timelines, deliverables and dependencies to support timely and consistent execution
Coordinate feedback and reviews across stakeholder groups to ensure accuracy and alignment
Apply foundational change communications principles to help drive employee understanding and adoption of initiative outcomes
Identify gaps in clarity or engagement and surface recommended messaging adjustments
Partner closely across the Pan HH and Executive Communication teams to ensure communications reflect leadership direction and initiative priorities
Contribute to a collaborative, accountable team culture aligned with Human Health communications expectations

Required

5–7 years of experience in corporate, internal or change communications
Strong writing, editing and narrative development skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
Experience supporting initiatives, organizational change or multi-stakeholder program environments
Ability to manage multiple deliverables, maintain strong attention to detail and operate effectively in dynamic environments
Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working across functions and levels

Preferred

Experience in healthcare or another highly regulated industry
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, business or related field
