This role involves supporting infrastructure systems, maintaining network infrastructure, and providing backup support for the IT Infrastructure & Operations team.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer systems, network infrastructure, telecommunications hardware, and cloud platforms
Perform hands-on installation of access points, cameras, etc
Create and maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure systems, support procedures, and disaster recovery protocols
Provide backup support as needed for the IT Infrastructure & Operations team, including Service Desk tickets
Ability to travel up to 50% within the United States

Required

2-4 years of relevant work experience
Proficient in project management and technical planning
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including remote support
Demonstrates good judgment, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility
Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Cisco Networking, Azure and Intune
Experience administering both Linux and Windows systems in a virtualized environment
Network engineering experience in a multi-site environment
Practical knowledge of core networking technologies: DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and wireless systems
