Responsibilities

Improve marketing measurement and optimisation, including:
Building A/B and incrementality tests
Attribution analysis (and exposure to MMM over time)
Lead high-impact analyses that influence marketing strategy, spend, and prioritisation
Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Data stakeholders to shape hypotheses and turn insights into action
Build and maintain analytics models and decision tools using SQL, dbt, and cloud data warehouses
Help define metrics, KPIs, and “source of truth” tables that enable self-serve analytics
Create clear, stakeholder-friendly reporting and narratives
Contribute to documentation, best practices, and a strong data culture

Required

4+ years' experience in data or analytics, with a strong marketing analytics focus
Advanced SQL skills (non-negotiable)
Experience working with modern data stacks (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake, dbt, Looker/Omni/Hex)
Hands-on experience with marketing performance analysis
Hands-on experience with experimentation and measurement
Hands-on experience with funnel or lifecycle analytics
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Strong communication skills — able to turn complex analysis into clear recommendations
Pragmatic mindset — focused on real-world impact, not science projects

Preferred

Experience in fast growth b2b SaaS environment is preferred
