Responsibilities

Proactively seek new business opportunities in industrial sectors such as food processing, cold storage, and new applications for Industrial Screw Compressors
Generate Leads, qualify prospects, and manage the order intake pipeline to achieve revenue targets
Understand customer requirements and provide commercial and technical guidance on the selection, design, and application of industrial refrigeration
Develop detailed proposals and review project specifications based on customer needs. Collaborate with sales agents and engineering teams to ensure accuracy of technical solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including sales agents, consulting engineers, contractors, and procurement specialists. Provide ongoing support throughout the sales cycle through commissioning and after installation
Monitor Industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in Industrial Refrigeration. Provide feedback to product managers and engineers to enhance offerings to maintain a competitive edge
Conduct training sessions for customers and internal staff on product features and selection software tools, and digital products
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tool and provide accurate sales forecasts to management
Attend and assist with setting up trade shows
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelors Degree or Associates with more experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong technical knowledge of industrial controls products and applications
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as required
Willingness to travel as required
Willingness to travel 10-15%
