Responsibilities
Serve as a positive-energy role model for two school-aged children, supporting their growth, routines, and engagements
Provide after-school and evening support
Coordinate schedules, extracurricular activities, appointments, and transportation as needed
Support school communications, logistics, and special projects when appropriate
Execute personal errands and household-related tasks with discretion, efficiency, and care
Assist with personal shopping, wardrobe management, and special requests for the family
Oversee the receipt, organization, and seasonal management of children’s clothing and belongings
Act as a professional organizer, ensuring the household runs smoothly and efficiently
Stand by the family calendar, coordinating appointments, events, and commitments
Proactively anticipate needs, deadlines, and potential scheduling conflicts
Maintain and organize household and family systems to support structure, clarity, and ease
Assist with preparation and setup for private family events, celebrations, and dinner parties
Support family travel planning, including packing assistance and logistics coordination
Coordinate with vendors, household staff, and service providers as needed
Serve as a liaison with schools, tutors, coaches, and household-related contacts
Manage select family-related email communications and scheduling
Coordinate with internal teams when family needs intersect with professional commitments
Maintain the highest level of discretion, privacy, and professionalism at all times
Represent the household with courtesy, poise, and sound judgment
Uphold the family’s values, routines, and standards in all interactions
Must have flexible availability; including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Monthly schedules to be confirmed in advance whenever possible
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as a Family Assistant, Household Manager, or private staff member supporting a high-net-worth or high-profile family
Exceptional organizational skills; comfortable acting as a professional organizer for household systems
Positive, energetic, and inspiring presence for children
Calm, polished demeanor with strong emotional intelligence
Ability to multitask, pivot quickly, and adapt in a dynamic environment
Dependable, discreet, and committed to long-term household support
Preferred
Familiarity with LoveShackFancy or a genuine passion for fashion, lifestyle, and creative energy is a strong plus
