Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the IPS and Support Equipment programs, strengthening program management best practices (PMBP) to include:

Metrics – proactive vs. reactive

Risk management using BORIS

Alignment of priorities & integration across functional partners

Responsible for maintaining working relationships with external stakeholders such as U.S. Navy Program Office, DCMA, Major Suppliers, and internal / external suppliers to meet customer deliverables

Play an integration role across Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality, Integrated Scheduling, Contracts and Finance

Responsible for partnering with suppliers both internal and external to ensure on time deliveries

Knowledge of FAR contracting, estimating, and negotiations both with suppliers and prime customers to help keep program and customer schedules

Required

Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams

Experience interfacing with executive leadership internally and externally

Experience in a Production System role; understanding production system measures, terms, flow, processes (non-conformance process, work instructions, engineering change incorporation process, DD250s)
