Lead all on-site construction operations from mobilization through completion
Manage project schedules, site logistics, and subcontractor coordination
Enforce safety standards and quality control programs
Coordinate closely with Project Managers, owners, and design teams
Mentor and lead field staff and trade partners
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in commercial construction
Proven experience delivering projects $150M+
Background in healthcare, large commercial, or campus-style developments
Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills
Dallas-based or open to relocation (long-term Dallas assignment)
