Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for value planning, reporting, and budget alignment for all PMO initiatives, ensuring effective transparency and management of benefits, KPIs, and OKRs
Oversee the development and implementation of value management frameworks, tracking and reporting financial and non-financial benefits and ROI
Ensure accurate and timely reporting, collaborating closely with stakeholders, initiative and process owners, and finance to monitor realized versus planned benefits
Provide strategic guidance on resources alignment, cost optimization and value capture, supporting decision-making at executive and portfolio levels
Act as the primary liaison between the strategic finance team, Enterprise PMO, and workstream/delivery teams to ensure alignment, effective communication, and integrated financial management across all initiatives
Support the appropriate visibility and deployment of internal and external resources to achieve strategic business objectives, including management of outside services vendors
Develop and publish automated dashboards and reporting templates to enhance executive and delivery reporting, enabling timely, data-driven insights and improved decision-making
Manage critical tooling for the success of the Enterprise PMO function
Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required

Proven Leadership Experience: A minimum of 12 years in program management, value management, financial planning and analysis, reporting, or operations within large-scale technology organizations, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire diverse teams in achieving strategic objectives
Value Management: Expertise in benefits realization and value tracking, including both financial and non-financial metrics, as well as resource and vendor management
Reporting and Insights: Experience driving automated reporting and decision-making using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Tableau, Power BI)
Advanced Analytical Skills: The ability to interpret complex financial and non-financial data and translate it into actionable insights
Financial Fluency: Experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting, with a strong grasp of capital and operational expenditure management; familiarity with financial management tools and systems, such as SAP, Oracle Financials, and advanced Excel (including Power Query, PivotTables, and macros)
Clear Communication: Strong written and verbal communication, and a proven ability to simplify and articulate complex information to a broad audience
Stakeholder Management Expertise: Extensive experience in working in a matrixed environment and building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of the organization, ensuring alignment and collaboration on key initiatives
Strategic Decision-Making: Ability to make informed, strategic decisions with minimal oversight, demonstrating foresight and initiative in navigating complex organizational dynamics
Transformational Leadership: Proven track record of leading change initiatives, effectively guiding teams through transitions and ensuring stakeholder buy-in
Mentorship and Development: Experience in mentoring and developing team members, enhancing their skills and capabilities to drive successful program outcomes
Influence and Conflict Resolution Skills: Strong aptitude for managing and resolving conflicts with strategic diplomacy, finding win-win solutions, and fostering a collaborative environment that promotes open communication and trust
Data-driven Decision Making: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret delivery data and ensure governance alignment

Preferred

Experience in a variety of program, project, and product delivery structures and methodologies
Fluency with information technology, data lifecycle, and compliance
Significant experience in financial services
Experience with building and integrating teams and organizations
