Responsibilities

Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase awareness of Psych Matters

Educate patients, clients, and referral sources on psychiatric services and care pathways

Build and maintain relationships with community partners, referral networks, and stakeholders

Collaborate closely with providers, coordinators, and leadership to support growth initiatives

Track outreach efforts and contribute to census and engagement goals

Represent the practice professionally in both internal and external communications
