Responsibilities

Distributor Operations Management: Oversee UNFI and KeHE operations, including item setup, pricing, launches, and maintenance

Supply Chain Coordination: Monitor inventory, track shipments, and partner with demand planning to prevent out-of-stocks and maintain service levels

Promotional Execution: Manage submissions, timelines, and compliance within distributor portals; ensure accurate execution of promotional plans

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with sales, marketing, finance, and global teams to support launches, promotions, and issue resolution

Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales, inventory, and promotional data; develop KPI dashboards and provide actionable insights

Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps and implement efficiency enhancements across systems and workflows

Product Lifecycle & Profitability: Manage product lifecycle, monitor profitability metrics, and collaborate with marketing and NPD teams for alignment
