Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA) to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) under the Object Based Intelligence and Quality Assurance (OBIQUA) task order. The role involves designing and applying decision analytics and various analytic methods to help address operational challenges and facilitate senior leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

The Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA) designs, develops, and applies a variety of decision analytics, mathematical and statistical techniques, data mining, modeling and simulation, and other analytic methods combined with military and/or IC judgment to address operational and planning challenges to facilitate senior leadership decisions

Provides unique, and timely analysis on a range of pressing, operationally-focused issues using multi-source data in the context of inter-disciplinary techniques and methods

Supports DIA efforts to vet or validate existing or emerging programs and capabilities

Required

Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years with a master's degree

Active TS/SCI with a Current CI Poly
