Responsibilities

Build elegant, scalable, and accessible user interfaces using React and TypeScript that customers love using
Partner with design, backend, and product to bring meaningful features to life
Own the frontend of core features, from architecture to pixel-perfect implementation
Keep an eye on performance, maintainability, and developer happiness
Help shape our engineering culture and best practices as we scale

Required

6+ years of frontend experience with React and TypeScript in production
Care about the details - clean code, smooth performance, intuitive UX
Love taking an idea from sketch to shipped product
Enjoy working on a tight-knit, fast-moving team
Communicate clearly and enjoy working with folks across disciplines

Preferred

Experience with component libraries (shadcn, Tailwind)
Familiarity with Next.js
Comfortable with full-stack work (e.g., working with Hasura, Node/Express, Prisma)
Based in or near San Luis Obispo, CA, though remote is welcome
