Qualification
Required
Florida 20-44 (or 2-20) license – required
1–2+ years of personal lines insurance experience

Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues
Strong analytical skills to understand coverage details and underwriting guidelines, enabling informed decision-making
