Responsibilities
Provides support for Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECMS) such as Aconex and InfoWorks and archival/retention management systems such as DocFinity, and other associated tools
Interacts with end users to support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
Independently provides document and/or records management support
Reviews, logs, distributes, maintains, retrieves, and files project records and revision-controlled documents (e.g., drawings, specifications, supplier submittals, correspondence, material requisitions, construction work packages, change documents, etc.) in accordance with established procedures, instructions, and guidelines
Performs and documents quality checks
Monitors and reviews data entry accuracy for self and support staff
Qualification
Required
A University Hire with less than 1 year of experience or 4-5 years of relevant work experience
Demonstrates strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and to accuracy
Excellent written and oral communication skills - there will be a need to keep regular contact with project personnel
Must possess and demonstrate ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high energy, team environment
Experience of uploading and downloading documents from a file transfer medium
Experience of entering documents into EDMS systems to Include full version control and population of properties -InfoWorks (Documentum)
Experience of using the EDMS query system to support Client / project users in the use of the EDMS
Working to deadlines and managing time and workload. We anticipate the flow of documents to fluctuate
Willingness to get involved with overall project document management activities where required
Able to handle multiple tasks
