Responsibilities
Maintain and analyze project cost accounting, including job cost reports, labor burden, and subcontractor tracking
Reconcile project financials, perform monthly project close tasks, and support month-end reporting
Review and post job cost entries, change orders, and expense allocations to appropriate projects
Prepare project cost reports, variance analyses, and support project managers with financial insights
Support accounts receivable and accounts payable related to project billing and vendor payments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1–3 years of project accounting, construction accounting, or related accounting experience
Strong Excel skills and comfort with project accounting software (experience with Deltek Costpoint, Jonas, or similar is a plus)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage competing priorities
