The Senior IT Helpdesk/Network Analyst is responsible for providing technical support to end-users, managing the network infrastructure, and overseeing the facility's day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues
Manage and maintain the network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
Manage and maintain inventory of all IT and facility-related equipment, including procurement and disposal of equipment
Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing
Assist in the development and delivery of IT training to end-users
Monitor and maintain the security of the network infrastructure and systems
Manage employee facility access protocols
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services and supplies
Ensure the facility's day-to-day operations run smoothly, including monitoring office security systems, and managing IT supplies
Assist with equipment provisioning and shipping, including onboarding and offboarding of employees
Assisting with building and equipment maintenance schedules
Responding to urgent maintenance calls during and after hours
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associates degree (with 5+ years of experience) or Bachelor's degree (with 3+ years of experience) in computer science, information technology, or a related field
Proven experience as an IT Helpdesk / Network Analyst, and Facility Coordinator
Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting and maintenance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Familiarity with ITIL, network security, and disaster recovery planning
Preferred
Experience with SaaS applications or ERP systems desirable
