Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, secure, and performant front-end applications using React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
Take ownership of complex features and components from concept to delivery
Serve as a technical mentor for other front-end engineers - conduct code reviews, provide guidance, support technical decision-making
Drive engineering best practices, coding standards, testing patterns, and architectural improvements
Collaborate with backend engineers to define API requirements and ensure smooth integration
Participate in planning, estimation, grooming, and cross-functional discussions
Provide leadership support where needed and potentially grow into a Team Lead role over time
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Expert knowledge of React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
Strong experience integrating with REST APIs and handling application state and data flows
Experience working with Git-based workflows
Structured, systematic approach to problem solving
Solid analytical skills
Extensive experience using APIs and API Integration
Proven ability to take ownership, work independently, and deliver high-quality solutions
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, guide, and collaborate effectively
High attention to detail, strong product sense, and a bias toward action
Demonstrated leadership qualities and a high-ownership mindset
Preferred
Relevant certifications
Previous experience mentoring engineers or acting as a tech lead
Experience working with small, agile teams
Familiarity with Linux-based environments
Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools
