Manager, Sales Enablement Operations - Bond & Specialty Insurance

Responsibilities
Council Coordination – Manage all logistics, agendas, and follow-up to ensure field perspectives are captured and represented
Content & Resource Development – Build, update, and maintain sales tools, presentations, and playbooks that support execution
Microsite Management – Oversee and provide governance of the enablement resource hub, ensuring content is current, accessible, and easy to navigate
Cross-Functional Support – Partner with Communications, Marketing, and Learning & Development and other SSUs to ensure consistent, field-ready process and resources
Consolidated Reporting – Consolidate program metrics into a clear, timely enablement reporting package for leadership
Run-the-Business Execution – Own the recurring processes, governance, and maintenance that ensure stability, consistency, and operational excellence across Sales Enablement
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to develop, maintain, and manage sales content, presentations, and resources
Experience managing content platforms or resource hubs (e.g., enablement microsites, SharePoint, intranet sites)
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage recurring operational processes
Ability to consolidate data and metrics into clear, timely reporting for leadership
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and quality
Experience partnering with Communications, Marketing, Learning & Development, or similar shared service units

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Four or more years of insurance, marketing or sales / sales operations experience
