Aaron Overhead Garage Doors is a company serving the Atlanta metro with professional repair, installation, sales, and maintenance services. They are seeking a Sales Coordinator/Admin to assist with planning, organizing, and executing projects efficiently while managing multiple tasks and maintaining project documentation.
Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Managing multi day projects to ensure smooth installs
Organize and plan project tasks and schedules with the direction of the project manager. Complete startup sheets for new projects
Read and review plans and specifications for upcoming projects
Assist with estimates and building quotes
Booking installation jobs and coordinating site visits
Communication and follow ups with clients
Adhere to company policies and safety regulations
Track and report on project performance, analyzing the successful completion of both short-term and long-term goals
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate with employees, management, subcontractors, vendors, and customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to adapt to deadlines
Proficient computer skills and familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel.)
Preferred
Previous work experience within the construction industry
Previous construction experience
