Responsibilities
Leading end-to-end delivery of technical projects across multiple teams and stakeholders
Managing diverse technical projects involving software development, integrations, and system enhancements
Strong understanding of system architectures, technical designs, and interdependencies
Translating technical requirements and solutions into clear, actionable communication for business and leadership audiences
Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery roadmaps
Identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks, issues, and dependencies
Monitoring project progress and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
Coordinating across cross-functional and distributed teams, including engineering, QA, product, and operations
Facilitating project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
Driving continuous improvement in project delivery processes and execution practices
Qualification
Required
Leading end-to-end delivery of technical projects across multiple teams and stakeholders

Strong understanding of system architectures, technical designs, and interdependencies

Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss system design and architecture
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams
Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, or other regulated industries is a plus
