Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Beeline to SAP Fieldglass migration project from initiation through go-live and post-implementation support
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets
Partner closely with Purchasing, Procurement, Finance, HR, IT, and external vendors
Oversee requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design aligned with SAP Fieldglass capabilities
Ensure procurement workflows such as requisitions, approvals, supplier onboarding, rate cards, SOWs, and invoicing are accurately migrated
Manage data migration , system integration testing (SIT), UAT, and cutover activities
Ensure adherence to Life Sciences regulatory and compliance requirements (GxP, SOX, audit controls, data privacy)
Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
Provide regular status reports, dashboards, and executive updates
Drive change management, training coordination, and user adoption
Coordinate with SAP Fieldglass implementation partners and managed service providers (MSPs)
Ensure minimal business disruption and successful go-live stabilization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of Project Management experience, preferably within Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals
Hands-on experience managing VMS implementations or migrations, specifically Beeline and/or SAP Fieldglass
Strong understanding of Purchasing and Procurement processes
Experience working in regulated environments
Proven ability to manage cross-functional and global teams
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.)
Preferred
SAP Fieldglass certification or implementation experience
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
Experience with contingent workforce management, SOW-based services, and supplier governance
Knowledge of SAP ecosystem integrations (SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba)
