Manager, OLED Operations Engineering
OLEDWorks is a leading company in OLED technology, and they are seeking a Manager for OLED Operations Engineering. This role involves coordinating a team of engineers and technicians to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure project management success.

Responsibilities
Coordinate the activities of the Manufacturing Engineers and Manufacturing Engineering Technicians
Implement & optimize processes
Plan, assign, and monitor team activities; ensuring desired outcomes are achieved
Act as project managers for Automotive/Lighting or Government funded projects
Design and optimize processes and procedures using Lean methodologies
Maintain a high focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
Provide technical support and optimize equipment and production using data and evaluation of proposed designs
Motivate the team, coach them properly, handle schedules and time off, review/approve time entry and handle performance management aspects
Manage the budget and plan for future projects
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of experience managing a team of people
Demonstrate leadership qualities and have a focus on team development
Hands-on working experience in a technical or manufacturing environment
History of managing projects and understanding project plans
Understanding certification requirements and how to participate in maintaining them such as ISO9001 and IATF 16949
Ability to use tools and machines daily
Preferred
Lean Manufacturing experience (a Green or Black Belt is preferred)
Knowledge of CAD
ERP experience (extra points for Epicor)
Fluent in MS Office systems
